We grow more of it, make more of it and drink more of it than any other red by far. It’s the grape used in everything from our most famous wines - Grange and Hill of Grace - to our cheapest, most cheerful everyday wines. Let’s celebrate shiraz by sharing delicious examples over a hearty winter lunch: bring along a bottle of your favourite shiraz to share - and remember, we’re not just talking about big heavy reds: think pale, dry shiraz rosé, spicy cool-climate shiraz, shiraz blends, classic Aussie sparkling shiraz - even shiraz port!
