Wasn’t quite sure on a theme for this month and so consulted with Mr Shane Lucas and we agreed that perhaps a McLaren Vale Blend theme may be in order!
SO a wine from the McLaren Vale and wine that is blended. So many options…
A refreshing white with a variety or two as part of its form? Perhaps a refreshing Rose or Sparkling if the weather remains warm and pleasant?
Perhaps a big, bold and interesting Cabernet blend and so on and so on….
