Notice of Kelvin Club Annual General Meeting 2024
Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting of The Kelvin Club Inc. will be held on Monday 2nd December 2024, at 6.30 pm, in the Club. The Agenda for the AGM will be placed on the noticeboard in the Member’s Lounge and emailed if necessary.

Members are invited to book for the ‘Dinner of Welcome’ for the newly elected Committee, following the AGM. Please note that affiliate members and guests are most welcome at the Dinner however attendance at the AGM is restricted to financial Ordinary (FULL) Members of the Club.

Call for Nominations to the Kelvin Club Committee
Financial Ordinary Members of The Kelvin Club are invited to nominate for election to the Club Committee. All office bearers positions including President, Vice President, Treasurer and 6 ordinary Committee Members are up for election.

Candidates for election must sign and complete a prescribed form, which will be emailed to you upon request (email: manager@kelvinclub.com) and have it proposed and seconded, as per Club procedures.

Close of Nominations
Members are advised that nominations for the Committee of The Kelvin Club must be lodged at the Club, no later than 5.00 pm on Monday 4th November 2024. Please note that members’ accounts must be within trading terms for the purpose of nominating or voting in elections.
