An Autumn table for you to feast upon at the Kelvin Club.

Starting at 6.30pm with a pre-dinner sherry…

Wild venison and gin botanical salami with Gin pickles, crudités

Jammy Doughnuts with duck liver and cherry parfait, Davidson plum jam

Aged Saltbush lamb haggis bon bons, house made HP, pickled swede , salt and vinegar crispy saltbush

Mutton dressed as lamb

Saltbush Billy aged mutton shoulder and leg, long pepper rub

Confit potatoes, chicken jus, crème fraiche

Roast autumn pumpkin, sage and pine nuts, kale

Autumn peas, cumin and labneh, pomegranate

Dessert
Homemade quince tart, Jock’s ice cream and custard!!

Wines will be selected for each course.
The fee for this dinner will be inclusive $120 per member.
